Our experienced, qualified staff of registered, licensed dietitians/ nutritionists, certified diabetic educators will provide you with the tools you need to make healthier lifestyle choices. Our dietitians are providers with most major insurance plans and many diagnoses are covered. We provide individual counseling for evaluation and management of issues from diabetes, high cholesterol and weight management to eating for overall better health and wellness.

Managing Your Diabetes is a comprehensive program designed to increase your knowledge and skills of diabetes self-management to help you live a healthy, active, and productive life. Our highly skilled team includes Certified Diabetes Educators, Physicians, Physician’s Assistant, Registered Nurses and Dietitians, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This team utilizes the National Standards for Diabetes Education established by the American Diabetes Association and is covered by most insurance plans.

Throughout the year, we provide you with an opportunity to learn from the experts on topics that are of interest to you. Our classes cover topics such as aromatherapy, healthy cooking, menopause issues, weight management and stress management. We also offer several screening and assessment programs throughout the year, which include Matters of the Female Heart, Cardiac Risk Assessment, Osteoporosis, and Body Composition.
