Our classes will prepare you and your support person for a safe and happy birthing experience. Our class includes breathing, relaxation techniques, comfort measures, medications, hospital procedures, stages of labor, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, and after delivery mother and infant care. Our instructors will also address complications that may arise during your pregnancy and labor. Teaching methods vary, with a combination of lecture, hands-on training and video. A tour of the Family Birthing Center is included. Call early, these classes fill quickly.

Registration/prepayment required. $85.
All Classes are subject to adequate class enrollment. You will be notified if a class is canceled or a starting date is changed. In case of inclement weather, we follow the Charles County Public Schools' policy regarding closings.
