Raspberry Sauce Recipe Heart Healthy • Diabetic • Gluten Free 1 pt fresh raspberries (substitute frozen raspberries and reduce sugar) 2 Tbsp powdered sugar 3 drops lemon juice 1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt Place raspberries in a bowl. Sift powdered sugar on top. Add lemon juice and sea salt. Pour into a blender to purée. Strain and serve. Raspberry sauce is very versatile and can be refrigerated for up to one week.
