Civista Health and the Charles County Sheriff’s Office will hold a Safety and Wellness Children’s Fair on Saturday, September 24, 2011, from 10 am to 3:30 pm at the St. Charles Town Center.
The free event will include car seat safety checks by certified technicians, in addition to blood pressure screenings, radar speed pitching, fire truck and ambulance tours, and special visits from Civista mascot Care E. Bear and McGruff the Crime Dog. Additional information on other important childcare issues such as bullying, childhood obesity, fever control, bicycle and helmet safety, and fire safety and prevention will also be available.
