This group is designed for individuals who have had a stroke or brain injury and want to practice their speech, reading and writing skills after traditional therapy has ended. The group encourages communication in a relaxed, social environment. We strive to help survivors maximize their ability to communciate and welcome individuals at any stage of their recovery. The group will be conducted under the guidance of a speech pathologist along with trained volunteers.
Pre-registration is required. Cost is $15 per visit or 12 visits for $150. |
| The heart healthy eating class teaches you how to live a heart healthy lifestyle by making dietary changes to improve your heart health. This class is taught by one of our registered dieticians who will give you the tools you need to be heart healthy. Learn how to reduce your risk for heart disease by lowering your cholesterol, blood pressure, triglycerides, managing your weight and reducing other preventable risk factors.
