Maternity Tours

Tour the Family Birthing Center, meet our highly-trained staff, see our delivery and postpartum rooms and have the opportunity to ask questions about the upcoming birth of your baby. If you are taking our Expanded Childbirth Classes, a tour is included. The tour is limited to you and one guest. Children are not permitted on the maternity tour.

Healthy Changes for People with Diabetes

Civista Health will present a lecture on healthy eating for people with diabetes. Discussion will include lifestyle changes to help manage your diabetes. How to tell if your diabetes is under control and what to do if it isn't. Diet, exercise, medication and the importance of monitoring you A1C will also be covered. Speaker is a certified diabetes educator.
