The Civista Health Foundation will help kick off Celebrate La Plata Day on April 28, the 10-Year Rebuilding Anniversary of the 2002 Tornado, with the 5K Run/Walk for Wellness.

Civista will have blood pressure screenings and stroke education for the 5K participants before and after the race from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. As the day’s events continue, Civista will also provide FREE blood pressure screenings from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
